We are pleased to present a training update for NY State of Health Assistors regarding coverage of newborns in the Child Health Plus program. NY State of Health has been updated to process applications for newborns eligible for Child Health Plus and can now provide retroactive enrollment if the application is submitted within 60 days of the newborn’s date of birth. The video and presentation below provide a brief presentation which explains this updated policy and application process.
