The Department of Health proposes to submit an amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) of its Basic Health Program Blueprint. The amendment updates Section 3 to reflect staffing changes in the Department of Health. It also updates Section 5 to provide the list of issuers that will be offering the program in 2018. The amendment makes no changes to the program as it has been operating since January 1, 2016. There is no additional estimated annual change to state expenditures as a result of the proposed amendment.
