Enrollment in the Small Business Marketplace is available all year long.  You must enroll by the 15th of the month for coverage to be effective on the 1st of the next month.

Lo que usted debe saber sobre la solicitud o la renovación de su cobertura de Medicaid a través de NY State of Health en caso de que se rescinda la Acción Diferida para los Llegados en la Infancia (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, DACA)
1. La rescisión de DACA no cambia su estado PRUCOL para Medicaid
Conforme a la ley del Estado de Nueva York, las personas que tengan estado DACA y aquellas personas con estado DACA rescindido pueden ser elegibles para Medicaid subvencionado por el estado de acuerdo con una categoría de inmigrante conocida como PRUCOL o residente permanente bajo el amparo de la ley.
