Supplemental 2018 Plan Invitation for NY State of Health SHOP Direct Enrollment

On March 09, 2018, NY State of Health issued an amended Supplemental 2018 Plan Invitation (Supplemental Invitation) to all New York State licensed insurers reflecting new Small Business Marketplace flexibility permitted by the federal Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2019.   This invitation provides insurers the opportunity to submit to NY State of Health additional small group products, previously approved by the NYS Department of Financial Services for issuance in 2018, for sale on the SHOP starting in April 2018 for coverage effective July 2018 and later.  The Supplemental Invitation and related documents are listed below.
