On March 26, 2021, NY State of Health hosted a NY State of Health held a live webinar training for Assistor Agencies on Social Media.
This training was recorded and remains accessible for anyone who might handle posting to Social Media on behalf of an Assistor Agency. This training would also be useful for any staff at an Assistor Agency who has been thinking about starting a social media platform for the agency.
This training covers social media basics and best practices and may not be helpful for advanced users. The training is not intended for all Assistors but does contain a lot of useful information related to Assistor Agencies using social media. Any interested party should review the information below.
