Policy Study Released: Healthy New York and Family Health Plus Employer Buy-In Programs

This report, prepared by Deloitte, provides an overview of the impact of health reform on the Healthy New York (HNY) and Family Health Plus-Employer Buy-In (FHP-EBI) programs.  The report presents a cost and coverage analysis of the potential effect federal tax credits and the Exchange may have on the HNY and FHP-EBI enrollees and New York State.
