A collaborative effort funded by eight national and state health foundations, Enroll UX 2014 establishes a new standard for public and private health insurance enrollment and provides a design prototype and a design reference guide for state health insurance exchange websites. New York, along with ten states and the federal government, participated in this collaborative effort, and it is available for every health insurance exchange to tailor and use in its operations. Design elements from the Enroll UX 2014 project will inform New York's Health Benefit Exchange website.
The webinar provided an in depth look at the design elements of the Enroll UX 2014 prototype. Two sessions of this webinar were held, but the presentation content was the same in both sessions.
