The New York State Department of Health contracted Island Peer Review Organization (IPRO), an external quality review organization, to evaluate access to care within provider networks. This evaluation focuses on two aspects of network access: 1) provider availability and 2) access to timely care. Evaluation results focused on the Essential Plan and Qualified Health Plans are included in the following reports:
