NY State of Health has posted a training to present an update for Assistors on the new and improved income screens which will go live on August 11, 2018. New functionality, additional help text, and revised language on the income section of the application have been added. We are presenting this information so that Assistors are prepared for the update and continually able to provide excellent service to their consumers.
