UHF Roundtable Discussion: Unwinding Convening

Nearly six months into New York’s Unwinding process, UHF is convening a third discussion on this complex undertaking. A follow-up to our two earlier convenings, the roundtable will include an update by key state officials on the latest enrollment data, current activities, and work on issues raised at previous sessions. Looking toward the future, speakers will discuss efforts underway to build a better eligibility and enrollment system for New Yorkers for the remainder of the unwind and moving forward, with a special focus on the federal flexibilities that have been invaluable. Additional details on the agenda will be provided in advance of the meeting. As with past convenings the roundtable will provide opportunities to hear about the experiences of consumer, provider, health plan, and assistor communities on the ground thus far and will solicit honest feedback to inform ongoing unwind and future eligibility and enrollment processes.

The roundtable will take place on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 10:15 AM to 1:15 PM at United Hospital Fund — Board Room, 1411 Broadway, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10018 (between West 39th and West 40th streets).
