On March 09, 2018, NY State of Health issued an amended Supplemental 2018 Plan Invitation (Supplemental Invitation) to all New York State licensed insurers reflecting new Small Business Marketplace flexibility permitted by the federal Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2019.
