  • NY State of Health Brand Guidelines

    We are pleased that many organizations have expressed an interest in co-branding marketing and education materials with the Marketplace.  Attached is guidance detailing the permissible uses and review process for co-branding. 

  • Implementation Review Documents

    NY State of Health submitted the following documents to HHS in advance of its Operational Readiness Review/Implementation Review in August 2013.  These documents supplement and update the previously posted Blueprint Documents.

  • Tribal Consultation Plan

    The Tribal Consultation Plan, submitted to HHS as part of the Design Review process, describes the ongoing meetings and consultations between the federally recognized tribes and urban Indian Organizations in New York and the Health Benefit Exchange.

  • Blueprint Application

    On October 26, 2012, New York submitted its Blueprint application to HHS for approval to operate a state-based health benefit exchange.

  • Design Review Documents

    The NYS Health Benefit Exchange submitted a series of documents to HHS in advance of the state's in-person design review scheduled for October 9th and 10th in Bethesda, MD.  The sections covered during the design review correspond with requirements of the State's Exchange Blueprint A

  • Former Governor Cuomo's Executive Order Number 42

    Former Governor Cuomo issued Executive Order #42 to establish a statewide Health Exchange on April 12, 2012.  The Executive Order established the New York Health Benefit Exchange within the Department of Health.
