    Children under the age of 19 who do not qualify for Medicaid and do not have other health insurance coverage can enroll in Child Health Plus. These plans have no annual deductible or co-payments. Monthly price depends on household income and family size.

    Medicaid is a program for low-income New York residents. Eligible individuals include: Pregnant women and infants; Children ages 1-18; Parents and caretaker relatives of dependent children; or Adults aged 19-64, who are not pregnant and not eligible for Medicare.
